My first missionary feeding :D

Today has been AWESOME!!

I have spent the whole day with my awesome mum cooking up a storm :) It has been an amazing day!

Today was my first time for feeding the missionaries and I shared it with some amazing people.
There was me, Anna Gursky, Alta Harr, Eric Harr, Elder Shehee, Elder Cziesla, Georgia my sister and Reece my brother.

For our main course there was the choice of shepherds pie ( a family FAVOURITE!!) or vegetable pasta bake. It was so yummy and i was so proud and grateful for all my mums help :D

We then had our lesson about Faith and we did loads of little cool games to help the kids connect with it. We had a really good time and I actually think my brothers and sisters may have learnt something!

My Baptism

On the 20th of March I did the most amazing thing that I have ever done and I was baptised!!

I was very emotional and whilst people were doing their talks about baptism and the Holy Ghost i found it EXTREMELY hard to hold back the tears!

My mum two sisters and little brother all came with me to share the day :D

I just wanted to say thank you firstly to Joel for introducing me to this amazing church. If we had never had met then who knows where i would be right now. Secondly to the Elders! You were amazing and i know im not the easiest person to teach ever so thank you :D Finally Leah and Mike you helped me too. I know when i have problems or if i dont understand something i can come to you so THANK YOU!

Joel is so lucky!

Hello :)
My aim is to post something once a week so this post is about how jealous I am of Joel!
He is now in Greece and these are the pictures i was sent today.....

Haha i have no hard feelings really! I am so so grateful that he is getting to spend his first deployment in such a beautiful place. He can relax on his days off and buy me lots of nice presents haha. I have the time to finish with college and we both have 4 months to save as much money as we can for the start of our new life :)

Please keep Joel in your prayers always as well as all of the other amazing soldiers out there

The Best Sunday EVER!

So I nearly forgot to post about this but yesterday at church has to be the best day I have ever had!! Not only did I understand most of what I was being taught in Sunday school and Relief Society but I got up and I bore my testimony! I was so so so scared to start with and I really didn't want to do it but the spirit was telling me it was time. The worst part was I was sitting literally in the back row so I had to walk up infront of everyone then sit whilst 4 other people went before me. But to be honest I can't even remember what I said, but the feeling I got from it was AMAZING! I love this church and everything about the church!! <3

Fun in the Forest

Another gloriously sunny Bank Holiday Monday with the family :) Me, my Auntie Lou, My uncle to be Nick and my two cousins Kitty and Max all headed to High Lodge Forest. Although a little chilly when we got the there the sun soon beamed!! We had such fun eating our picnic together and playing on all the play equipment!! (me included - im such a big kid!) We walked for miles and me and Max even had an adventure into the wilderness. We were walking through the pine trees but they had dropped all their needles so it was real spooky......but it was a great afternoon!! Here are some great pictures to sum up our day :D
